This Privacy Policy describes how Transfurt (“Transfurt”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use the Agrinexus mobile application available on Google Play (the “App”).
The App is designed to support agriculture-related workflows such as discovery, ordering or enquiry flows, account-based services, and communications connected to Transfurt’s products and distribution network (depending on the features enabled for your account).
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the App, your role (for example farmer, dealer, distributor, or internal user—where applicable), and the permissions you grant.
Information you provide
- Account and identity details such as name, mobile number, email address, business name (if applicable), user identifier, and authentication credentials.
- Operational information you enter such as delivery or billing preferences, location notes, crop or order-related fields, dealer or distributor references, invoices or proof uploads (where the App supports them), and similar submissions needed to complete a workflow.
- Communications you send to us through the App, email, phone, or web forms, including support tickets and feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app diagnostics such as device model, operating system version, language, app version, and installation identifiers used for reliability and security.
- Usage analytics such as screens viewed, actions taken, session timestamps, crash logs, and performance telemetry.
- Network signals such as IP address and coarse location inferred from IP where permitted by the platform.
Location information (if you allow it)
- If you grant permission, we may collect precise location (for example GPS) to improve routing, tagging of visits or deliveries, dealer locator experiences, or similar location-aware features.
- You may withdraw location permission at any time from device settings. Some features may be limited without it.
Photos, media, and files (when you upload)
- If you upload images or documents (for example crop photographs, payment proofs, or PDFs), we store the files and related metadata needed to process your request and display them inside authorized workflows.
How we use information
- Deliver the App’s core functionality, including account creation, authentication, product discovery, ordering or enquiry handling, and notifications you opt into.
- Operate Transfurt’s sales, logistics, and partner network workflows connected to the App.
- Provide customer care, troubleshooting, and training assistance.
- Maintain security, detect fraud or misuse, and protect the integrity of our systems.
- Meet legal, regulatory, audit, and tax obligations.
- Improve product quality, reliability, and user experience through analytics aggregated where appropriate.
How we share information
We share personal information only where there is a lawful basis and a clear operational need.
- Service providers such as cloud hosting, messaging gateways, analytics, payment processors (if enabled), and IT security vendors who process data under written instructions.
- Authorized Transfurt personnel and partners who require access for fulfilment, finance, compliance, or customer success.
- Dealers, distributors, or logistics partners when sharing limited details is necessary to execute an order, dispatch goods, or coordinate field activity you initiate.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Transfurt, App users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App, satisfy contractual relationships, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or statutory retention schedules. Retention periods vary by data category and jurisdiction.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No security practice can guarantee absolute protection; please protect your credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
Your choices and rights

- Correction or updating of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to statutory exceptions.

The App is intended for adults engaged in agricultural commerce or related professions. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy to reflect new legal requirements or App features. When we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
